Borough Green Garage are seeking a highly skilled individual to work and manage a busy workshop environment. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate leadership skills and be qualified to a minimum standard of Master-technician. The successful candidate must be prepared to take Borough Green Garage to new heights with special focus on the emerging EV market.
This unique role requires an honest, hard-working individual who wants to lead by example. You must be able to achieve results and demonstate a clear and concise level of understanding when dealing with complex tasks where the buck stops with you.
Upon meeting the criteria, the role of Workshop Manager will be given autonmy to run a service team effectively and efficiently in order to further grow an already thriving business. Increased productivity and turnover will be rewarded with regular bonuses and fringe benefits that not many companies will offer.

- Hours: Monday to Friday (08.00-17.30) + No Bank Holiday Working
