The Boardroom is a nice, friendly and energetic pub in the centre of Bristol. We are looking for a skilled bar manager to join an existing bar manager and together, run this late night pub. We are open until 2am Monday to Saturday and 12:30am on Sunday.
If you think you could manage a team together with another manager, then this opportunity could reveal itself to be very enjoyable. The managers can make their own rota as long as there's atleast one manager on at all times.
Responsibilities:
-Managing day-to-day operations including staff supervision and customer interactions.
-Ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and intuition.
-Developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity and revenue.
-Maintaining and counting stock each week.
-Making sure staff are fully trained and supplied with the proper information to do the best of their ability.
