Accessory Shop Assistant - Cheshire Branch

We are looking for an Accessory Shop Assistant to join our team in Holmes Chapel to provide an excellent service to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers, both on site and over the phone. This role would suit a keen caravan/motorhomer who is looking to share their knowledge and experience in an interesting and varied role. Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Process sales politely, efficiently, and accurately.
- Up-sell and engage with customers.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Help customers locate products and process payments.
- Assist with customer aftercare, product use, and troubleshooting.
- Work proactively with the team and handle returns or refunds.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding stock, products, and purchases.
- Handle deliveries, restock shelves, and keep the shop clean.
Product training and uniform will be provided.
Working every other weekend with a weekday off on a rota.
Monday to Saturday hours - 8:30 to 5pm. Sunday hours 10am to 4pm.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 46.0 per week
