This role is over 7days a week - 2 shifts minimum per week. These can be day or evening shift ( Holiday/ sickness cover during the week can be offered )
Duties and responsibilities
You will have a wide range of duties from preparing and serving drinks to engaging with customers and providing product recommendations. General Bar Staff duties and responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Using a till to take orders and process payments
- Checking customers identification and age verification
- Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
- Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
- Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available
- Opening up and closing down of the bar
Experience is desirable but full training can be given.
