Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, BIAB, acrylics, nail extensions, infills, and nail art.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience by understanding clients' needs and recommending suitable treatments.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in line with industry regulations.
- Clean and sanitise all tools, equipment, and your workstation before and after each client.
- Keep your workstation clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout the day.
- Stay up to date with the latest nail trends, products, and techniques.
- Educate clients on nail care and recommend appropriate aftercare products.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive and professional environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Nail Technician in a salon environment.
- Valid Nail Technician qualification or certification.
- Confident in manicures, pedicures, gel polish, BIAB, acrylics, nail extensions, and nail art.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Strong understanding of hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
