This is an entry level role, within a long established (over 30 years), family owned business, specializing in unique greenhouse design, manufacture and national installation.
We are looking for a new team member to work alongside our experienced greenhouse installers and become an integral part of our long established construction team.
No experience necessary, as we have bespoke products, full training will be given. We do require the the right candidate be willing to work outdoors 90% of the time and be willing to work and stay away from home, up to on average 20 - 30% of the working year, as we build nationally.
What you will be doing
Working alongside experienced installers learning our trade hands on, your day to day will include:
- Assisting with the manufacture and construction of our greenhouses.
- Learning to use our equipment safely and correctly (full training provided)
- Preparing the vans & trailers with the correct tools and materials for each job.
- Maintaining the equipment
- Working safeley in both our workshops and on customer sites
- Representing the company professionaly and respetfully with customers.
- Helping with yard duties and supporting the wider team when required.
Who we are looking for
Someone with the right attitude and potential, not necessarily with excessive amounts of experience.
You will be the right person if you are:
- Motivated and keen to learn.
- Reliable and punctual (early starts are required).
- Practical and fit with good attention to detail.
- Have good hand eye coordination, crucial for hand held tool use.
- Not afraid of heights.

- A full UK driving license
- Flexibility, as some days will lead to overtime
- Basic Practical skills
Our standard working week is based on 42hrs monday - Friday starting typically at 06.45am.
There will be a 3 month probationary period.
The salary will be dependant upon the individual candidate.
The start date will be by mutual agreement.
