Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role within Health & Social Care
- Strong knowledge of person-centred care, safeguarding, and care compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Ability to participate in an on-call rota (additional payments provided)

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play an important role in maintaining quality standards, supporting staff development, and helping service users receive safe, effective, and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of community care staff
- Ensure high standards of care delivery, compliance, and safeguarding are consistently maintained
- Support the development and review of care plans and risk assessments
- Conduct spot checks, observations, and quality assurance visits
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Work closely with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Assist with staff supervision and performance management
- Participate in the on-call rota to provide operational support when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory care position
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to lead by example and inspire confidence within a team
- Good understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care regulations
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
