We are looking to recruit a Night Supervisor with a positive can do attitude to drive exceptional standards and guest experience.
You will be responsible for the following tasks;

Supervise the Nights team and ensure the smooth running of the department on all shifts.

Conduct daily briefings (in the absence of the Night Manger) to ensure the team have a comprehensive and clear understanding of the key priorities each night.

Ensure the regular floor walks are completed.

Ensure the Night Audit is effectively run.

Provide reception and porterage service to guests arriving at night, offering personal service as per the standard operating procedures.

Ensure all guest accounts are charged accurately with supporting documentation.

Develop and train new and existing staff on any new hotel standards and procedures.

Be the first point of contact for guests during their stay and assist them with any enquiries to ensure guest satisfaction

Handle and resolve any guest complaints.

Undertake cleaning duties as necessary.

To be fully conversant with the Hotel policy on Fire & Evacuation, Security procedures and Health and Safety.

Support the Night Manager in any tasks given to you to support the overall hotel operation.
