The role
Setting and operating CNC machines to produce complex, small-batch precision components from steel, cast iron, aluminium, and bronze - working to tight tolerances throughout. Programming knowledge is an advantage, and experience with Mazak or Fanuc controls is beneficial but not essential.
Shifts & salaries
- Continental - 4 on / 4 off - days & nights - £55,694
- Triple shift - AM, PM & nights rotating - £50,153
- Double days - Rotating AM/PM - £43,567

What we're looking for
✓Apprentice-trained with NVQ Level 3 in Engineering, Machining or equivalent
✓Proven CNC experience in Turning, Milling or Grinding
✓Small-batch complex components to tight tolerances
✓Range of materials — steel, cast iron, aluminium, bronze
✓Strong engineering principles and eye for quality
✓Mazak / Fanuc and programming knowledge a bonus, not a barrier
