Harlyn Enterprises Ltd is a ceramic wall and floor tiling company based in Blisworth, Northamptonshire. We currently work on 160 new build sites within 50 miles of Northampton, with over 65 ceramic tilers and a fleet of 70 vehicles.
Job description
We are looking for an experienced maintenance tiler to join our aftercare team on an employed basis, carrying out remedial and snagging works in both occupied and pre-occupied new build homes. The successful candidate will be representing Harlyn Enterprises directly in front of homeowners and site teams, so a smart appearance, professional manner and high standard of finish are essential.
Duties include:
- Repairing, replacing and re-grouting wall and floor tiles
- Re-sealing wet areas (bathrooms, en-suites, kitchens)
- Replacing plasterboard if necessary
- Attending to snagging items raised by site managers and homeowners
- Leaving each property clean and tidy on completion
Additional skills (advantageous):
- Remove and refit sanitaryware
- Remove and refit shower doors

Hours:
- 7am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, or until the day's work is complete (whichever comes first)
- Overtime available when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tiler, ideally with previous maintenance/aftercare work on new build sites
- Confident working in occupied homes with homeowners present
- Full UK driving licence
- Valid CSCS card (required)
- Good standard of spoken English
