Join Our Hospitality Team
Blankney Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Kitchen & Bar Assistant to join our hospitality team. This permanent role is primarily focused on kitchen operations, with occasional bar and front-of-house shifts, typically around one shift per week, for which full training will be given.

Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Operations (Primary Focus)
· Prepare and assemble food items to order.
· Support the delivery of high-quality meals in line with club standards.
· Maintain excellent food presentation and portion control.
· Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
· Store food safely and follow stock rotation procedures.
· Clean and sanitise food preparation areas and equipment.
· Maintain compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards.
· Support catering for club events and functions.
Bar & Front of House Support (Full training will be provided)
· Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
· Serve drinks, teas, coffees and refreshments.
· Operate tills and process payments accurately.
· Assist with food service and table clearing.
· Maintain a clean and welcoming clubhouse environment.
· Support events and functions as required.
· Follow Challenge 25 and licensing requirements.
