Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in a variety of vehicles and heavy machinery. Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical issues in vehicles and heavy machinery using specialized testing tools and equipment
- Repair or replace faulty wiring, switches, sensors, batteries, alternators, starters, and other electrical components
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent future failures
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs and installations
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential electrical problems before they escalate
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used for each job
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Auto Electrician or similar role within automotive or heavy machinery environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and electrical circuitry
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools essential for electrical work
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and report findings clearly
- Relevant certifications or licenses in automotive electrical systems
