We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Morning and Afternoon Shift Receptionist to join our team! Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct inquiries or take messages
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and provide information about services or amenities
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or updating guest records
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel reception is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests and visitors
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with guest services software or hotel management systems is advantageous
- A friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences
- Previous experience in multilingual environments is desirable
