We are looking for a Lead Digital Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our digital growth strategy. This is not just a campaign management role—you will define how we acquire, convert, and retain customers across all digital channels. You will act as the strategic link between marketing execution, data insights, and business growth.
You will lead multi-channel performance marketing initiatives, shape SEO strategy, and optimize paid media campaigns while ensuring every decision is backed by data and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Ownership: Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets.
SEO Leadership: Lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and acquisition.
Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.
Data & Analytics: Monitor performance metrics, build reports, and translate data into actionable insights that improve ROI.
Conversion Optimization: Improve landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys to increase conversion rates.
Campaign Execution: Oversee multi-channel campaigns from ideation through execution and optimization.
Budget Management: Allocate and optimize marketing spend across channels based on performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and operational teams to align marketing with business objectives.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with strong exposure to SEO, paid media, and performance marketing. Leadership or senior ownership experience is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO principles, GA4, and conversion tracking.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make performance-driven decisions.
Execution Mindset: You are comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on when required.
Communication: Strong ability to explain marketing performance and strategy in a clear, business-focused way.
Mindset: You are commercially driven, performance-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
Pay: £55,270.00-£75,557.54 per year
