At HireUK, we are looking for a confident, fashion forward Sales Stylist to join our growing team part-time. This is a role providing luxury one-to-one styling appointments to a variety of customers needing styling assistance for upcoming events. We're looking for someone who has a natural experience in sales, thrives under the pressure of targets, loves fashion, confident in managing people, excellent customer service and is driven to see results!
The role
This job role will be well suited to someone who has a true passion for empowering women through what they wear, confidently styling according to the dress code and confident with brands. The perfect candidate must be able to travel to our store in Cowbridge.
Private Sales Styling Appointments. You will work directly with customers who book one on one styling appointments for the event they have coming up. This role is ideal for someone who has experience (but not essential) in bridal styling, luxury retail, occasion wear, personal shopping, fashion consultation.
Duties
- Achieve business sales targets set maintaining high energy at all times
- Organise and oversee merchandising displays to optimise product visibility and appeal
- Provide personalised styling advice to customers in HireUK appointments, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven styling experience or high end personal shopping experience within retail or fashion environments
- Demonstration of KPIs and sales targets being understood and met
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock control
- Positive, reliable, punctual and professional presentation
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends
- Social media confidence is a bonus

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
