Warehouse Supervisor
Working as part of the team at 2468 Group, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse while supporting customer deliveries and vehicle movements when required.
This role is ideal for someone organised, reliable, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Operating a Reach Truck forklift to move and store stock within the warehouse.
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
- Managing stock movements and maintaining accurate stock control.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and operating safely at all times.
- Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes.
- Supporting general warehouse operations and ad hoc duties as required.
Driving & Support Duties
- Carrying out occasional deliveries to customer sites.
- Assisting with van collections, vehicle movements, and logistics support.
- Supporting the wider operations team with deliveries and collections when needed.
- Providing a professional and friendly service to the team.
- Completing all driving duties safely and in line with company procedures.
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Licence (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
