This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone to kick start their career within the claims management area.
It specifically involves creating new claims on our claims management system, reviewing & prioritising incoming correspondence and carring out any other associated daily administrative tasks and activities which require urgent attention.
Input new claims on to the claims management system within a set time frame- Reviewing incoming post and e-mails & adding them to the system for the file handler to review
- Closing settled files and archiving them
- Dealing with any urgent administrative work
- To ensure compliance with the SRA Standards and Regulations
Working Hours
35 hours per week
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. This is a hybrid role working 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.
