Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the Head Chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is essential.
Note: This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
