Bar Staff – Experienced (Cocktails & Bar Knowledge Required)
Piri Fino Restaurant in Liverpool City Centre is looking for an experienced bar staff member to join our team.
Requirements:
- Must have previous bar experience
- Good knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work well within a team
- Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and courteously
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
- Engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming environment
- Adhere to licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol policies
- Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods, demonstrating excellent time management skills
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
