As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect. You’ll be responsible for running your own section, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards, and supporting junior chefs in their development. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes in line with the 2 Rosette standard
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety
- Manage and train Commis and Demi Chefs in your section
- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to develop new dishes
- Ensure consistency and quality in every service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar high-standard kitchen
- Strong understanding of modern British cuisine
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with excellent communication skills
