We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Air Source Heat Pump Installer to join our team and drive the transition to sustainable heating solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for installing air source heat pumps—advanced systems that harness outdoor air to provide efficient heating and cooling. Duties
- Install air source heat pump systems according to manufacturer specifications, schematics, and safety standards
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement and system requirements
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure precise installation procedures
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heat pump units and related equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues, replace faulty components, and execute equipment repairs efficiently
- Collaborate with construction teams during building phases to ensure proper integration of HVAC systems
- Lead safety protocols during installation and maintenance activities, promoting a secure work environment
Experience
- Proven experience of installing air source heat pumps
- Background in plumbing and heating
- Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and system layouts
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding team members or apprentices during projects
