Duties
- Supervise breakfast service operations, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation and presentation
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Oversee food safety practices, maintaining cleanliness, proper storage, and adherence to health regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared accurately and consistently
- Manage inventory levels for breakfast ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Train new team members on food preparation techniques, service standards, and safety protocols
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive interactions
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant operations
- Strong supervisory skills with experience managing teams in a hospitality setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and motivation
- Barista or bartending experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage service
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and hospitality procedures
