Working Supervisor
Nationwide (with travel as required)
Due to continued growth, Structures Group is looking to recruit an experienced Working Supervisor to join our expanding team.
This is a hands-on role, combining site supervision with practical involvement on a variety of heritage restoration, structural alteration and specialist construction projects across the UK.
About the Role
As a Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading site teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard, while maintaining excellent communication with clients, subcontractors and the office.
You will be expected to lead by example, working alongside operatives where required whilst managing the day-to-day running of site.
Essential Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within the heritage restoration, structural repairs, façade preservation or specialist construction sector.
- SMSTS qualification.
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
- Relevant Health & Safety qualifications.
- CSCS card appropriate to the role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance.
- Experience managing labour, subcontractors and site programmes.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Experience using digital site management software such as Field View (or similar).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable
- Experience working on listed buildings and heritage projects.
- Temporary Works awareness.
- PASMA, IPAF or other relevant construction qualifications.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
