Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport cleaning supplies, equipment, and personnel between designated locations.
- Perform thorough commercial cleaning tasks across various areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces, adhering to established standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and cleaning equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Maintain detailed logs of vehicle mileage, cleaning activities, and supply inventories for accountability and reporting purposes.
- Follow all safety protocols during driving and cleaning operations to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage or spills.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize daily tasks and ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles preferred.
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to vehicle operation and janitorial tasks.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively.
