Duties
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns and proposals.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client information, and analyse sales data.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and achieved targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce; experience with other CRM tools is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A recognised qualification in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £25,420.00-£65,946.82 per year
