Service is extremely important to our business and we are now looking for a customer service assistant to join our friendly team.

We are currently hiring for one full-time position. The standard working week is Monday to Friday; however, you will also be required to work at least one full weekend per month. Days off during the week will be provided in lieu of weekend work.

Responsibilities and Duties
Process customer sales orders offering advice on products and services.
Respond to customer emails, social messages and processing customer returns.
Follow customer service guidelines to accurately solve customers problems.
Answer customer queries quickly and professionally.
Serve customers in our showroom shop floor.
Common queries include, product advice, sales orders, parcel tracking, order queries and returns.
Process returns by booking collections, inspecting goods and then returning to supplier for replacements or credits whilst keeping the customer up to date.
Chasing supplier returns to ensure they are processed.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:
Able to handle a high volume of contact via email.
Good administrative skills
Desire to help customers and resolve problems
Calm and able to deal with difficult situations
Able to multi task
Good time management
Must be available to work weekends
Proactive and Motivated Individual
Fishing knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
