Responsibilities
- Taking orders efficiently and accurately while maintaining a welcoming attitude
- Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Preparing and presenting drinks according to standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
- Handling cash transactions accurately using the till system
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Adhering to food safety regulations and health & safety standards at all times
- Assisting with setting up and clearing tables during busy period.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, bar experience is required
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or peak hours are required
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
