About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Operator with experience in the construction industry to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between client, office staff and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day emails and correspondence
Allocating and scheduling jobs to relevant team members
Coordinating with site staff and subcontractors
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF)
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
