Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated full-time cook/chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards
- Adherence to food safety regulations
- Manage food inventory, minimise waste, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Serve food to guests when required, ensuring excellent customer service standards are met
Experience
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer interaction
- Previous experience in culinary roles that showcase creativity and attention to detail

Pay: £14.00-£17.00 per hour
