We are seeking a residential property solicitor or conveyancing professional to join our growing Eastbourne team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer to develop their career within a growing full-service law firm.
Our Eastbourne office sits in the heart of the town centre, less than a two-minute walk from Eastbourne railway station.
Ideally, you will be a qualified residential property solicitor. However, we will also consider applications from experienced licensed conveyancers and conveyancing executives. You will be capable of managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, handling a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions.
Our team acts for a broad range of clients, from first-time buyers and home movers to buy-to-let landlords and property investors. Existing relationships within the local residential property market would be advantageous.
We are highly active within local property and professional networks, providing opportunities for you to build connections, strengthen your profile and develop referral relationships across the sector.
Key requirements:
- Qualified solicitor (NQ+ PQE), licensed conveyancer or experienced conveyancing executive
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Enthusiasm for business development and building client relationships
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Experience using a case management system
