We're looking for team members to join us at our newly opened Quays parlour.
Personality is what matters most here. We want people who make the visit feel like something, who go the extra mile every single time, and who send customers out happier than they came in. That's why people come back.
The rest is serving at the counter, making waffles, milkshakes and desserts, and keeping the place looking its best to Mimi's standards. Most of our customers are children and families, so we need people who are warm, quick and good with a busy queue.

Who we're looking for
- Genuine warmth and energy with every customer, from the first of the day to the last
- Someone who goes out of their way rather than doing the minimum
- Confident starting conversations, especially with children
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work at pace during busy periods
Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the counter and give every one of them a proper experience
- Prepare waffles, milkshakes and desserts
- Uphold Mimi's standards across presentation, cleanliness and customer experience
- Follow food safety and allergen procedures
- Restock and prepare the counter during quiet periods
Desirable, not essential
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is a bonus, as we sometimes need cover across our Gosforth and Quays sites. This is not a requirement and it won't affect your application if you don't drive.
Hours and pay

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 32.0 per week
