About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Weekend/Part-Time Tour Managers to accompany and manage groups on coach tours across the UK.
As a Tour Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised travel experience from start to finish. You will provide excellent customer service, coordinate tour activities, and ensure all travel arrangements run smoothly. Full training will be provided, including commentary on places of interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany groups travelling on UK coach tours.
- Welcome passengers at the departure point and explain travel arrangements.
- Check tickets, passenger lists, seating allocations, and special requirements.
- Provide commentary on places of interest during the journey (full training provided).
- Communicate itinerary details, local information, and arrival/departure times.
- Ensure all passengers return to the coach before departures from each stop.
- Liaise with attractions, and other suppliers to confirm arrangements.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist passengers with any problems that may arise during the tour.
- Work closely with fellow Tour Managers and other team members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Be available to work Weekends, and Bank Holidays.
- Have an excellent command of the English language.
- Currently reside in the UK.
- Live within a commutable distance of Wembley, HA9 6LL.
- Be confident communicating with groups and providing exceptional customer service.
Salary & Employment
- £110 per day
- Weekend and part-time position.
- UK tours only.
- Employment subject to contract, company policies, and all applicable UK employment legislation.
Additional Information
- Training will be provided (Unpaid).
- This role involves regular weekend travel across the UK.
