We provide person-centred supported living and residential support for adults whose opportunities may be limited by complex mental health needs, physical health conditions, learning disabilities, forensic backgrounds or specialist care requirements.

Job Purpose
Support individuals to maintain their home, build independence, improve wellbeing and take part in meaningful day-to-day activities. You will develop positive, person-centred relationships and work collaboratively with the wider team to support individual outcomes.
Typical Responsibilities
· Support people to develop daily living skills and live as independently as possible.
· Help individuals maintain relationships with family, carers and friends.
· Support community access, social connections and a sense of belonging.
· Assist with medication in line with company policy and procedures.
· Encourage hobbies, leisure activities, education, training and personal development.
· Follow care plans, promote wellbeing and help people stay safe at home and in the community.
What We Look For
We are keen to hear from people who are:
· Experienced in supporting vulnerable individuals; experience with complex needs or forensic backgrounds is highly desirable.
· Compassionate, patient, reliable and passionate about supporting others.
· Confident communicators with strong listening skills and a positive attitude.
· Able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Flexible, adaptable and open to learning and development.
Education and Requirements
Desirable:
· GCSEs, or equivalent, in English and Maths.
· Level 2 or 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or relevant training.
· Full driving licence.
