What You Need to Succeed
We are seeking to appoint a kind, compassionate and creative Teaching Assistant to work with our Early Years children. Classroom experience is desired and knowledge of Foundation Stage Outcomes would be preferable. You need the confidence and ability to work with children in a wide range of subjects. Working under the direction of the Class Teacher, you will work as part of a team to support and extend pupil progress, inspire learning and maintain successful relationships with all children, staff, parents and carers. Initiative, common sense and flexibility are essential.
