If you're someone who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a busy setting and takes pride in delivering excellent standards, we'd love to hear from you.

- Overseeing the delivery of breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
- Receiving deliveries and ensuring stock is handled appropriately.
- Monitoring the kitchen and service areas to ensure they are clean, organised and operating efficiently.
- Carrying out regular site walk-rounds to identify and address any housekeeping or health and safety issues.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Working with the Operations Manager to report maintenance issues and help keep equipment in good working order.
- Completing thorough shift handovers to ensure continuity between teams.
- Taking ownership of designated operational areas and maintaining high standards at all times.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, strong leadership skills and a proactive approach. Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality, catering or a similar customer-focused environment.
- The ability to motivate and support a team while remaining calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A practical, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends, bank holidays and, where required, night shifts.

We're proud to offer a supportive working environment where your contribution is recognised and valued. In return, you'll receive:
- Competitive salary.
- Opportunities for training, development and career progression.
- The opportunity to work in a varied role where every day brings something different.
If you're ready to take the next step in your hospitality career and want to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering a well-run operation and a positive experience for everyone on site, we'd love to hear from you.
