We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team on a student accommodation project for an immediate start.
This is a 4-month contract, offering £260 per day, working on a high-quality residential development.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out quality control inspections on completed works.
- Managing and overseeing all finishing trades.
- Producing and monitoring snagging lists to ensure timely completion.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
- Coordinating subcontractors to meet programme deadlines.
- Maintaining site health and safety standards.
- Reporting progress to the Site Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential or student accommodation projects.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- First Aid qualification (preferred).
