Nuco Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Electrician on behalf of a leading social housing contractor operating across London and the South East. This is a permanent opportunity offering a company van, fuel card, bonus scheme and pay increase after 3 months
Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties, including:
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Electrical testing and remedial works
- EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
- Void property works
- Consumer unit and electrical upgrades
- Full and partial rewires
- Boiler wire-ups
- Electrical maintenance
- Emergency repairs
Requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- AM2 Qualification
- ECS Gold Card
- 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous social housing experience
