As Global Brand Manager, you will support the development and execution of global brand strategies, ensuring they are effectively translated into locally relevant and commercially successful plans. You will collaborate with the wider global brand team to create annual brand plans and marketing activations that support sales growth, consumer engagement and financial objectives. Working closely with local marketing teams, you will ensure global strategies are adapted appropriately to resonate with local consumers while maintaining alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
A key aspect of the role will be leading and supporting the development of creative ideas, campaigns, toolkits, guidelines and assets, ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget. You will help create compelling communication platforms and campaigns that can be successfully implemented across different regions and consumer audiences, while also driving the digital agenda for assigned brands to maximise consumer engagement across key channels.
You will work alongside the Global Insights team to leverage consumer, market and competitor insights to inform strategic decision-making and creative development. In partnership with Net Revenue Management and senior brand leadership, you will support the development and management of pricing guidelines and contribute to annual A&P planning and investment allocation processes to ensure effective market execution.
The role also includes supporting innovation and product range development, including liquid, packaging and pricing architecture requirements, and managing key deliverables through the internal stage-gate process. You will build strong relationships with regional and local market teams, enabling effective collaboration and continuous performance monitoring. In addition, you will manage relationships with creative and digital agency partners from briefing through to delivery and performance evaluation, while ensuring compliance with company governance requirements, reporting standards and business planning processes in line with the William Grant Way.
