We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across designated commercial sites, ensuring all areas are hygienic and presentable.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures according to company standards.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and cleaning materials as required.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning tasks to management promptly.
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- A positive attitude and reliability are essential qualities for this role.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
