We're working with a well-established, highly regarded law firm that is looking to strengthen its Residential Conveyancing team in Bourne.

The Opportunity
You'll be involved in a varied mix of residential property matters, working alongside experienced colleagues while developing your own career. Depending on your level of experience, you'll either support senior fee earners or manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
This role offers regular client contact and the opportunity to build strong relationships with estate agents, lenders and other professionals while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
As part of the Residential Conveyancing team, you'll:
- Manage or assist with a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
- Provide an excellent level of service to clients throughout the transaction.
- Prepare quotations and client care documentation.
- Undertake searches and deal with enquiries.
- Draft contracts and legal documentation.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers and third parties.
- Progress matters through exchange, completion and post-completion.
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
- Maintain accurate records using the firm's case management system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.
- Contribute to business development and identify cross-referral opportunities where appropriate.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience within Residential Conveyancing and are passionate about delivering excellent client service.
You'll have:
- Previous experience within a Residential Conveyancing department.
- A strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- A proactive, positive and team-focused approach.
