As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll empower people living with mental health needs to regain confidence, develop independence, and achieve their personal goals.

We're looking for caring, compassionate people who want to make a difference.
Ideally you'll have:
A positive, can-do attitude
Experience in care, support work, healthcare, or supporting a loved one with mental health or complex needs (preferred but not essential)
A Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable)
Two satisfactory references covering the last three years (including any previous roles supporting vulnerable adults)
Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS (paid for by us)
