Role Overview
As a Sales Support & Internal Account Executive, you will play an important role in supporting our field sales representatives and Protega DE. By providing effective commercial and administrative support, you will help the wider sales team spend more time building customer relationships and winning new business.
You will also help manage a portfolio of existing customers and prospective accounts. This will include responding promptly to enquiries, following up sales opportunities, and identifying ways to retain and grow customer relationships.
Acting as a key link between customers, the sales team and other departments, you will take ownership of your work, collaborate closely with colleagues and help us continually improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day commercial and administrative support to field sales representatives and Protega DE.
- Manage and develop an agreed portfolio of customers and prospects through proactive communication and effective relationship management.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate product, pricing and account information.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and other sales documentation.
- Follow up enquiries, quotations, samples, trials and agreed actions to ensure opportunities continue to progress.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, reactivate inactive customers and support new-business development.
- Maintain accurate customer, activity and pipeline information within the CRM system.
- Support new-customer onboarding, including account setup, pricing and documentation.
- Coordinate customer requirements with operations, finance, customer service and logistics.
- Support Protega DE with customer communication, sales administration, reporting and coordination with UK departments.
- Take ownership of customer issues and work collaboratively to achieve timely and appropriate resolutions.
- Produce sales reports, forecasts and account updates as required.
- Share customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve sales processes and service levels.
- Handle customer and commercial information accurately, professionally and with care.
- Complete other reasonable sales-support duties as required.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
