Roles & Responsibilities :
We are looking for Female care workers with a UK driving License in Weymouth, Dorset.
A typical day includes going to the office at the start of shift, pick up a pool car, go to clients on the run. General tasks will be personal care, medication, meal prep, and support
The client will be providing full induction, training, uniforms, company car to make sure the staff is fully prepped and ready to pick shifts.
Since they would be investing in the worker as they would do for their own staff, The workers are required to be committed and able to pick up as many shifts as possible.
Possibility of Temp to Perms.
Work with Care Dedications to make a real difference to people's lives which require extra support.
We're looking to place staff in Residential Care Home settings & Support Living Facilities
Provide us with the following proof before proceeding to the next stage:
1) Proof of address
2) Proof of Practical Moving and handling certificate
3)Proof of DBS being on updated service
4)Up to date CV
5) Driving license
We're looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:
- Positive, with a can-do attitude.

- Have at least 6 Months Experience needed within the UK Care Industry
The Role will involve:
- Helping people to live the individual life they want
- Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
- Supporting people with their medication
- Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assisting with mobility and exercise routines as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Supporting patients with their nutritional needs and ensuring that they have access to appropriate food and drink.
- Assisting with the preparation of clinical areas and equipment.
- Ensuring that patients' rooms and communal areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Communicating with patients and their families in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Understanding of and commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adult
