At Vistex we are looking for an Office Coordinator & Accounts Receivable to join our team, with a minimum of 4 days per week in our office located in London (Camden).
Description
This is a varied, hands-on role focused on supporting the day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will act as an Office Coordinator / Office Administrator, responsible for:
- Office administration and operational support
- Accounts receivable responsibilities
- Travel, hotel and conference booking and coordination
- Managing office supplies and facilities
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Maintaining an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment
- Proactively addressing office needs and resolving issues
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience preferred
Required Skills
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with documentation and administrative processes
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Camden
