Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioner looking to join a warm, supportive, and child-led setting?
At Kidaroo Childcare, we are looking for a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 practitioner to become part of our dedicated team.
Our nursery is inspired by The Curiosity Approach, outdoor learning, and creating meaningful experiences for children through play, exploration, and authentic environments. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about early years education.
The Role:
- Working with children aged 0–5 years
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
- Following the EYFS and safeguarding procedures at all times
- Contributing to observations, planning, and daily routines
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS
- Is reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is passionate about providing high-quality care and education
- Enjoys outdoor learning and child-led play
