Job Profile
We are seeking a highly skilled Food & Beverage Service Supervisor to assist the Food & Beverage Service Manager to oversee all aspects of our Food & Beverage offering. As the Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences whilst maintaining a focused and motivated team around you. Standard of procedure must be followed and at all times whilst adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
· Assist in the coordination of all Food & Beverage services to include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
· To maintain communication throughout the team with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
· To liaise with the Food & Beverage Service Manager to remain up to date with upcoming changes.
· Assist in the implementation of new menus, products and services.
· Maintaining quality standards to provide excellent customer service.
· Consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations by maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
· Identify any issues as they occur to ensure guest satisfaction and prevent complaints.
· Assist with training and development of all team members to maintain consistency in the service standards.
· Gather any constructive feedback from the team and discuss with the Food & Beverage Service Manager.
· Gathering customer feedback to allow development and growth of the F&B offering.
· Adhere to and implement all food, health and safety policies amongst the team.
· Adjust staffing levels whilst remaining aware of the business needs.
· Maximise sales amongst the team, upselling when appropriate.

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
