General Labourer / Skilled Labourer
Location: Surrey (Multiple Sites within 10 Miles of Banstead)
Touchstone (Surrey) Ltd is a growing domestic building company specialising in extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments and bespoke residential construction projects. We are looking for reliable, hardworking General Labourers and Skilled Labourers to join our team and assist with all aspects of domestic building work across several active sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in construction, whether you already have experience in the industry or are keen to learn and develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting tradesmen and site managers with daily construction activities
- General site labouring and maintaining a clean, safe working environment
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Assisting with demolition, structural works, carpentry, roofing and finishing trades as required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working across multiple domestic construction projects including extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous construction experience is beneficial but not essential
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Own transport beneficial due to multiple site locations
- Must have steel toe cap safety boots
