Manor Court Hotel is a family-run hotel and restaurant just outside Bridlington, East Yorkshire — 22 bedrooms, a restaurant serving food seven days a week, and a distinctive orangery and atrium dining space. We've been welcoming guests for over 35 years, combining a relaxed pub-and-pizza feel with more formal dining under our Azzurro brand — stone baked pizzas, steaks, light bites, pub food and proper puddings, alongside free Wi-Fi, Sky/BT Sports and cask ales. The role
This is a broad front of house role — you'll move across reception, the restaurant floor and the bar as the shift demands. That means checking guests in and out, waiting tables, making cocktails and coffees, handling phone and email enquiries, and helping run functions, festive bookings and seasonal menus alongside the kitchen team.
What you'll do
- Cover reception — bookings, check-in/out, phone and email enquiries
- Wait tables and run bar service, including cocktails and coffee
- Move across hotel and restaurant as the shift requires — no single fixed station
- Help run functions, festive bookings and seasonal menus with the kitchen team
- Set the standard for guest experience wherever you're working, and help newer staff meet it
- Pitch in on the floor during busy periods, alongside everyone else — nobody here, owners included, is above any part of the job
What we offer
- Permanent, full-time, year-round position — minimum 45 hours a week as it sits on the rota, sometimes more when covering holidays

What we're looking for
- Previous hospitality experience across front of house — bar, restaurant, and/or reception
- 18 or over, as the role includes serving alcohol
- Comfortable moving between different roles within a single shift
- Comfortable working at pace during busy periods
- Own transport essential — our location is Carnaby, 2.5 miles outside Bridlington, and the successful applicant will hold keys to the building
