About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Regional Valuer to join a growing property business and take responsibility for winning and listing properties across the North East.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Valuer who wants more than just a traditional valuation role. You’ll have the opportunity to build and develop your own territory, establish strong relationships with homeowners and grow your presence across the region.
You’ll be commercially driven, highly motivated and tenacious, with the confidence and ability to convert valuation opportunities into instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional property valuations across the North East.
- Generate new valuation opportunities and maximise instructions.
- Build and develop your own regional territory.
- Establish strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients.
- Deliver compelling valuations and confidently negotiate fees and terms.
- Follow up valuation opportunities and convert leads into instructions.
- Develop local market knowledge and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build a strong pipeline of future business through proactive prospecting.
- Work closely with the wider team to maximise every opportunity.
- Represent the business professionally and become a recognised presence within your territory.
- Consistently work towards and exceed agreed valuation and instruction targets.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is driven, ambitious and genuinely hungry to succeed.
You’ll ideally have:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience valuing residential properties.
- A proven ability to win instructions and generate new business.
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A confident, sales-focused approach.
- The tenacity and resilience to follow opportunities through to completion.
- A genuine desire to grow and develop a regional territory.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary effectively.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Your own car.
