DB Orthodontics is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team, covering a defined territory across the South of the UK. You'll play a key role in developing new business with dental laboratories and hospital dental technology departments, while managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts to maximise long-term value.

What you'll be doing:
● Identifying, targeting, and converting new business prospects across the southern UK territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals
● Managing and developing a portfolio of existing dental laboratory and hospital dental technology accounts to maximise revenue
● Building and maintaining a structured sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial contact through to close
● Delivering compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs
● Attending and representing DB Orthodontics at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and professional forums
● Keeping CRM records fully up to date, ensuring all calls, visits, quotes, and follow-ups are logged accurately and in a timely manner
● Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the DB Orthodontics product range to advise customers effectively
● Monitoring competitor activity, market developments, and customer trends across the territory, sharing insights with the wider team
● Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Director
What we're looking for:
● Previous experience in a field sales, territory sales, or account management role, ideally in a B2B or product-based environment
● Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional manner in person and over the phone
● Commercially focused with the drive, resilience, and personal accountability to deliver against territory targets and KPIs
● Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time and territory effectively to maximise customer coverage
● Experience using a CRM system and comfortable working with structured pipeline management
● A full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory
● A collaborative team player who also works well independently and takes ownership of their accounts
